Finalizing and signing a 25-year contract for allocation of Feed-stock (natural gas), amounting to 5.33 million cubic meters per day with Hormozgan Province National Gas Company.

Construction of patrol road and installation of 4,100 meters long precast concrete wall.

Approval of company economic activities by Qeshm-Free-Zone Authorities.
Electricity supply agreement for construction phase issued by the Ministry of Power and Energy.
Construction permit, issued by Qeshm-Free-Zone Authorities.
Foreign exchange allocation for the aforementioned EPC+F contract by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Construction permission for water intake & outfall facilities nearby the sea with allocation of 6 hectares of land by Qeshm-Free-Zone Authorities.
